A project coordinator and researcher specializing in environmental services and community-based natural resource management issues with over seven years of experience in policy analysis, program development, design and implementation, project management, project communication and institutional development. Develops and oversees pro-poor reward for environmental services initiatives in Asia with international donor organizations, regional government partners, research and civil society organizations. Experience includes natural resource governance and policy, environmental and social impact assessment, training program development, donor program coordination, and institutional capacity strengthening. Designs, plans, organizes and evaluates multi-disciplinary, multistakeholder activities. Monitors and evaluates project performance toward strategic, programmatic and financial objectives.
